My Arda
My Arda
Long have I lived, many years than mere mortal men.
Today is changed, tis more stranger than then
But for all I have seen, one thing remains pure
I know it in my heart, and in yours
The stars will ever shine, over sea, sky and moor
And on my fair Arda
The Golden Wood, beautiful ever in time
All woods there be must end at last,
Gaze upon the sun go past,
But remain cradled in my arms, forever mine
On the land of my fair Arda
Alas, we flee, across to Valinor
For all the time here, I wish I had more
And I too will say Goodbye in time
To my fair Arda
